Jess Locke has spent a long time performing in unconventional spaces such as water parks, cemeteries, roundabouts, bookshops and back porches. She has released a string of lo-fi bedroom recordings that that mirror the minimalistic and intimate nature of her live performances. Jess has completed solo and full band national support tours with the liked of Paul Dempsey and The Smith Street Band as well as playing with Tigers Jaw (USA), Into It. Over It. (USA) and Julia Jacklin. In 2015, Jess independently released her first full length album, Words That Seem To Slip Away, and has since followed up with two singles, Paper Planes and Better/Bitter, from her forthcoming second album, due to be released on Pool House records in 2017.
